How long does delivery take?
Orders are first prepared and packed by our team before leaving our facility. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order placed with Lologe includes free delivery within Australia. There are no minimum purchase requirements. We believe getting your new home decor delivered should be simple and convenient.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa. All payments are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within Australia. Our focus is on providing a reliable delivery experience for customers within the country. If we expand to additional regions in the future, we will share that news with our community.
What is your return policy?
If you decide an item is not the right fit for your home, you can request a return within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging. To start a return, simply email info@lologe.com and our team will guide you through the next steps.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available. If you would prefer a different item, please contact us at info@lologe.com and we will help arrange an exchange.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
The first step is to check the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email. If more than 7 business days have passed since shipping and your order has still not arrived, please contact info@lologe.com and we will investigate the shipment for you.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, changes or cancellations may still be possible. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
